Problems with Hospital Hustle-----CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

i was wondering if anyone esle was having the same problem with the game after i couldnt play it because it wouldnt show up on my computer just one narrow line at the top of the screen which is the stuff that should have been at the bottom of the screen and the rest of the screen was black i updated my video card and it still wouldnt work if anyone esle is having this problem and something i could do to fix the problem can someone tell what to do

did you try completely uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it after you updated your video card? And also what windows platform do you have? are you using windows 2000 or windows xp or windows vista? etc...... Let me know and I might be able to help you to get it to work if you have not already gotten it taken care of anyways I'm on line daily so let me know. You can try the technical team from big fish, they will help and reply you quickly.
They may even sent u a link to try again if there are really some bugs from the game!
