blackout

I made it to the part of collecting feathers, however when i click on either one under the bed the screen goes black, did this several times. I backed out and went elsewhere and upon trying to pick up another object in different area the screen went black. Any ideas? Thanks Dang now all my inventory items are gone........whats goin on?

This is sooooooooo frustrating!!!!! I completed the village model puzzle but my Tasks panel is telling me that I still need to do it! Now the screen has gone blank and I can't continue playing the game at all!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR]
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it hoping this would solve the problem BUT still no joy!!

Have just been playing Lost Chronicles Salem and my game screen went black after placing model pieces on the snooker table, yes i agree sooooooooooo angry as this ruined a great game. I have just gone on to live chat and they offered to troubleshoot, but i accepted a 100% game coupon to get another game.
