saving the game

the game wont save my progress and i have tried downloading the game over again. any one happen to know how to fix the problem?

I have the same problem and I am playing on a Mac , I have had to start again 3 times so far.

This happened to me as well. I'm on a Mac too. I used Live Chat to speak with one of the reps and she gave me some instructions to follow. I installed the new version of Flash before I decided to delete my Azada preferences and restart because there were several steps to follow and I didn't want to reinstall the game if I didn't have to.
