Mini game question

Ok. I am feeling really frustrated with this game right now. If I understand correctly, we must be able to complete most of the mini games before we can continue on in this game. For those of us that cannot figure out all of the mini games, or cannot complete them before the timer runs out... have I just wasted my money on a game that I cannot complete?

BFG staffers: Please: In games with timers, there needs to be an option to turn off the timer for those of us that cannot think that quickly.

Please help
