Game Freeze

As soon as I complete the first crystal ball puzzle and the screen starts to change images everything start flashing. The clock keeps running time but the picture flashes back and forth a frame. I have uninstalled and installed twice and I still have the same problem. Help?

I'm having the same problem. I have tried everything. Is there something that I'm missing can someone please help PLEASE!!!!

My game didn't freeze until the Mermaid - I think the 3rd one, but now it freezes at every crystal ball. I have uninstalled and reinstalled also and it still does the same thing.

To get by the freezing thing, I used the telephone and skipped puzzle, at least being able move on to new level.

I am having the same trouble. I tried clicking on the phone & I get the same effect lots of flashing lights & nothing else

Yes, that is happening to me too. Sorry I don't know what to do now. I so much enjoy playing the game this is a real disaster. It worked once with the phone thing, but ever since, same trouble as with you.

If you UNinstall and reinstall and are still having freeze problems, I'd recommend submitting a ticket to BFG help and ask them to check into it for you. Good Luck.
