Cat lover, I just won two items on the fortune wheel that are not in my inventory. I'm not sure of the other items I won. The ones I lost are crafted items.

Hi Janeyray. I've noticed that sometimes items I've won have shown up under the picture of the inventory bag tab and sometimes under the crafted items tab. If your crafted items haven't shown up under either of these tabs, you may want to contact customer support (link at the bottom of this page), tell them what medium you're playing on, your ID and what's happened. I'm sure they'll be able to help. Good luck

I got a new IPad and when I opened my game on it I started
over!!! I was on Level 65 so had a good inventory and
diamonds. I contacted Customer Support and got a msg
saying they don't have time to read all the emails they get
so if I still needed help to contact them again.

SERIOUSLY??

I miss my game and really want to get back to playing!!!

yep!, seems like major changes with new owner of . Try again, ask for more friendly handler. I have had to do that once or twice....

If you are experiencing any progress lost or inventory not appearing in your game, please contact our Customer Support Team with details of the incident. If you had lost your progress, please provide the support team the original player ID along with a new one if it is appearing. The level that you were originally at is also helpful.

Evening all,
I was on level 27 tonight and had just purchased 275 diamonds. All of a sudden whilst I was in the mystery chamber at the keeper of the wishes, the game suddenly said cannot connect to server for a second and then reverted me back to the level below thus losing the diamonds I had purchased. Can someone from your tech team revert me back to level I was on and reinstall my diamonds. I am playing on an IPad. My username is blindbat1 and my game ID is 1951699.

Ok!

Is there a secret way to press on items in HOS rooms?

I have to press several times before the found item is removed from the list. It doesn't matter how lightly or how hard I press it still takes at least 5/6 taps before it takes. This cause for time and score lost!!!! I clean the screen on my iPad constantly thinking this will help...duh what was I thinking. That would have been to easy!!!!!!

So I ask again, what's the secret!!

I am on level 65 and as part of the innkeepers quest it tells me to go to lord chamberlain, however lord chamberlain tells me to come back after the update. There is no update available for the iPad. Anybody else having this problem or have any insight?

Hi Adshead. PC and Android have both received the update yesterday, but those of us playing on IPad/IPhone are still waiting for ours. We're still stuck on level 65 until it comes through so we're just collecting coins and inventory until it then.

bfgBellerophone, I've heard from them and replied and
followed their directions, but STILL waiting .... I know
I'm impatient, but I LOVE THIS GAME and want to get
back to where I was!!!!

I've been playing on my new ID from the VERY beginning
which is ok but I miss all my inventory, my friends, my coins,
diamonds and being on Level 65.

Sure hope I can get all my goodies back and also keep
what I am accumulating on the new game too.

Just hope my friends don't delete me since I haven't been
able to send them gifts for so long now!!

Hi Kingo62. I guess it all depends on how quickly Apple will approve the new update. The last time it didn't take long but I've seen up to 2 weeks, so let's cross our fingers for a quick approval.

Just typical, trying to start the game and it just crashes... iPad IOS 9.0.2
Worked one last night.

I wanted to stop by to address some of the recent posts here. Although we don't have an exact date, I want to assure everyone that an iOS update with new content is on the way. Part of this is indeed dependent on how quickly the update is approved by Apple, as Jackie34918 mentioned - but do know that the Mods will post in this forum as soon as the update is available.
