Are you allowed to get help from tech support before you purchase the game? I've downloaded the trial for this game and every time I click something to select it the screen goes black for a few seconds and then comes back up. For those of us who suffer from migraines this is a little too close to strobe light effect. I like the game but don't want to purchase it if I can't fix this problem. This is the only game I have the problem with so I don't think it's my graphic's card I mean I had no issues with Return to Ravenhurst and I know this game came out long before that one did. So if any big fishes read this can you let me know if you're allowed to get help from tech before buying the game I'd appreciate it.
