game locked making oil potion

I seem to have lost a piece of the parchment from the cupboard and cannot complete the Fire Potion chart. I must have collected them all or else i would not have been able to make the chart. Can any one help to get me back into the game?

I have the same problem, but know what I did. One piece of the parchment slipped below the inventory window, only one edge sticking out. The back arrow appears when I try to retrieve it. I would like to just do the puzzle again, but don't know how. Sorry I am no help, but maybe that is what happened to you, losing a piece.
