Hi there Istook,
Welcome to the Pond.
It is difficult for many of us to help you as you have not mentioned the name you are playing.
May I suggest that you Click on the All Games Forums tab above, then click on the letter that starts the name of your game and either check out the posts there to see if someone has help for you or add a post of your own asking for help.
Cheers.

Hi lstook!

Welcome to the pond! I have a couple tips for you that might help:

Use your lightning balls on the vertical line chain to the right which will help keeping the chains back. Try to save the balls only when necessary.

Continue destroying the chains nearest the pyramid.

Become familiar with the (mouse) right button - you can toggle between the ball you have and the ball you'll have next.

Practice makes perfect. It can take SEVERAL tries to get past this level.

Hope this helps! I'm going to move this thread on over into the Luxor game forum and this discussion can be continued here. But don't worry, this discussion will be visible in both the Chit-Chat Corner and the Game Forum! Thanks!

Would like to add:

You can get a shot at the marbles closest to the pyramid by shooting over the tunnel part towards the left side.

This game will help you out by usually giving you the color you need to pop the marbles closest to the pyramid when the chain is getting close, unlike some of the other marble poppers out there. If the color you want isn't available right off, right click and a lot of the times it's the next one.

If you can't find a good place to place a marble or pop some with the one you have and right clicking doesn't give you a good color either, waste a shot or two somewhere on the screen where it won't land in a chain.

Try to make gap shots (shoot out a space in a chain, then shoot through the hole to pop marbles at chains farther back) because you want all your chains as short as possible.

Look for chain reaction setups so you don't have to do as much work. This also backs up the chains if you get a big enough setup.

Each chain will typically have an "easy" section or two, plus a "randomized" section (or more as the game gets harder). Get rid of the easy sections first and use the powerups on the "random" sections. Sometimes collapsing the easy sections makes the random section(s) easier because the "onesies" will form pairs.

Don't panic! There will often be situations especially later in the game where it looks hopeless, but if you keep plugging away you will find that you can either chip away at the chains on the end fast enough to keep them from hitting the pyramid or you will get a setup that backs everything up and pulls you out of trouble.

OK, so how do you save the power balls?

Welcome to the pond, Enthusiastic

Some of the powerups like the reverse can't be saved, but the ones that have to be fired at something can be saved if you right click so the next ball comes up instead. If you keep right clicking every other shot the powerup can be hung onto for a little while, but usually you have to use it after a few clicks just because the ball colors won't be right or the chains are piling up too much.
