Hello Everyone,
Thank you for your patience while the teams behind the game looked into these reports. It sounds like they were able to get the items that had disappeared back into circulation as well as get new items on the list of free items.
PrettiePaws, unfortunately, I haven't interacted with the Double Dragon before, so I'm unsure how to make it shift positions, but maybe another player who has this item can discuss that further.

The Double Dragon only rises (and fiercely protects the treasure he is sitting on) when you are BOOSTING! As long as your boost lasts, you will see the standing dragon in your own, as well as in every other manor you visit that has a dragon, whether the neighbor is boosting or not. When your boost is over, the dragon(s) will sleep again.
I haven't boosted since the dragon was added, but assume it still holds.

Thank you and the team for adding those items! I appreciate the willingness to accommodate the loyal players of this excellent and yet abandoned game. I certainly hope these items are here to stay. If not, please let us know.

This is what happened: Some of the Zodiacs have changed position and have been moved to the end. In doing so, a gap was inadvertently left between the items CROP CIRCLE and PISCES THE FISH, which obviously takes up a lot of store space. So now we can scroll only up to LEO THE LION, the rest of the items after that are unreachable. Please close the gap, so that this is corrected. Thanks!

Boosting means that you have purchased and are currently using a boost. During the time the boost is active, all SILVER earned from playing HOSs will DOUBLE.The boost can be bought from the store. Open the store icon, and then it is the very first icon (looks like an atom). You can select a 1-day or a 7-day boost. As soon as you buy it, time will start running (that is, you can't buy and save for later) and an icon will appear on your screen, showing the time left until the boost expires. It goes without saying that, before buying a boost, you must have accumulated large amounts of energy to take full advantage of it. So, the dragon guards your treasure for the boost duration and then sleeps again!

Thank you for your patience while waiting on a response. It sounds like there was some trouble with some of the items not appearing or being unavailable to see due to display limitations. We definitely wanted players to be able to make use of those items.
I'm sorry this has occurred and hope that the issue has been cleared up in the meantime. In any case, I've made sure that the right teams have been made aware of what some players are experiencing, and want to thank you for taking the time for letting us know what you've experienced. While we don't have the ability as moderators to make in-game changes to address this, we can absolutely make sure the teams who can are made aware and have this information available. If we receive additional information, we'll be sure to let our players know in the forums.

I'm sorry to hear that a specific manor doesn't seem to be loading properly. What I recommend in this case is to contact our Technical Support Team with details about that manor, such as that ID, and what seems to be happening. Our Reps will be sure to follow up as soon as they can.

Hello,
I was playing Dark Manor about two weeks ago and the game and my computer crashed. The next time I tried playing the game, I lost all of my progress, coins, gold and attractions. The game started me over from the beginning. Is there a way to get everything back? Most of the gold I had I paid for and I don't want to lose it.
I even tried to checking to see if it was under another manor, but there weren't any other manors in the list.

When you say the game started you over, I suppose you mean it gave you a new manor with a new name, not the old one but without resources.
You must write to customer support (link at bottom of page) and give them the exact name of your manor, as well as its ID, if you have it. Most likely, they will be able to restore it.
