I trialled this game, good graphics and worked ok,so I bought it, what a mistake, so easy even in normal mode, completed in 2 hours, dont buy it not worth the money, when you compare it to 13th skull (not the collectors edition) which took forever, I feel so irate about this, surely the people at BF know what a short game this is, perhaps thats way the company who made it are called "The Little Game Company"

Demo seemed like fun so I bought it.BIG MISTAKE!!

I don't know about anyone else but I am so sorry I bought this game now! I have been going around in circles for most of this stupid game and without a MAP that allows you to go from one place to another, navigating is just a nightmare!

To anyone who finished this game and actually liked it, kudos!

After getting through the 'loading' issue at the opening of the game ( hitting escape worked for me) it looked as if it would interesting. However...any game that has to keep fading to black, stopping and loading between each segment, and I mean step, by step, each time you were to begin something, is for me a huge waste of time. I lasted 5 minutes.

I have never posted on here before but this game moved me to do so. This is by far the shortest game ever. Not worth the money and BF should give a refund for this over charge. Don't buy it.

This game definately is a nightmare. Will there be a fix for all the techinical issues or a refund? Have never bought a game that has so many problems as this one. Not a good buy, until the problems are solved.

I'm completely disappointed!! I was playing the game on the Demo. It keep my interest. I thought it would be much longer. I bought it and finished it in another 15 minutes! Can't believe it. What a waste of my hard earned money.

I enjoyed the demo and purchased. The game was over in less than 2 1/2 hrs. I feel ripped on this one. If I would have gotten 3 1/2 -4 hrs from the game I would have been satisfied, but it wasn't worth it comparing to other games that i paid the same price for and got 8-9 hrs of play from. Not right!! IN my opinion...

Bought the game after playing on demo (well tried to play for a free hour, but the loading took up most of that demo time) and I really enjoyed it. I must agree that it is a very short game and not worth the money. But when I looked at walkthrough sites when I got stuck, apparently there should be a prequel included, played from the Main Menu. So BFG where is the prequel and why haven't we got it, or is that one of those expensive Collectors Editions that you now seem to be so fond of issuing these days. I would like to play the prequel as offered by other suppliers, so can we have it and maybe the game will last a bit longer.

Just finished the game and wish I had logged into the forum earlier. Like others I was intrigued by the hour long demo. I had no problems with loading it so I got my full hour. Yes it was very short and slightly frustrating. What happened to the husband? It is like a whole section was missed out. And to find the daughter so quickly was a real let down. It all ended so abruptly as though the creators got bored with it, finished it quickly and moved on. While the graphics were great, at the start it said that it was starring people so I thought that it might be more along the lines of 13th Skull which I might add was brilliant and well worth the money. On the whole my rating is... disappointing, as it didn't live up to expectations.

I was right, when checking other websites, there is a Collectors Edition.

COLLECTORS EDITION FEATURES:
•New Alternate Ending
•Bonus Prequel Chapter
•Integrated Strategy Guide

I would hope that it would last a bit longer than the 2hours plus that we all got.
So BFG no Collectors Edition via yourselves, you are slipping,
but maybe charging CE prices couldn't be warranted

I had the exact same experience. What a waste. I feel that some games should cost half a credit, especially when it is too short. Demo for an hour, and play for another hour to finish it. What a rip off! Although the game was somewhat entertaining, I felt there were continuity issues and the story wasn't that great either. Some of it just didn't make sense.

Keep your money/game credit and pass on this one.

Nightmare on the Pacific (my turn to comment)

[Post New]by TK451965 on Jan 26, 11 11:36 AM
OK, where do I start... I always do the trial before deciding if I wish to buy the game. Sadly and due to my issues, here is my reasons on why I won't: The LOADING TIME, now that's a good place. It takes to long. I had to Ctrl+Alt+Del just to get it to move on. At the start of the game, loading time took pretty close to 2 minutes? I've never had a game take this long to start into the game. The introduction was interesting but when I hit the loading page, that raised my eyebrow. Into the game, I encountered the same thing. The scene changes take to long to load up. I did however, get a map to follow. I got trapped below the helipad with no visible way out, (the map was no help here) since I fell through a hole in the floor. You can only go into the Casino and Museum so many times. There is no other exit. The story line was ok. The graphics interesting and the sound track, decent. But the killer here, the loading times. You had my attention at the beginning of the game then lost it with the wait times. My operating system is Windows XP Pro 2009 and it works fine on my desktop model. I've not had a single issue with any games, I've bought or trial ran via BFG. I meet and or exceed all requirements to play these games. I am a gamer and my desktop was designed to handle most games, since I'm prone to frequenting gaming sites like BFG. Will I purchase this game? Probably not, since there are scads of other great HOG in big fish.
