"egg only" fishes and fins

is it true that the fishes and fins you can only get from eggs are for fishes: spotanus, shark, bananafish, and for fins: silky, finless, twinfin?

Initially, you must get the two species spotanus and shark from eggs. You will need two spotanus to then mate to create another spotanus, as there are no crossbreeding combos to create spotanus. The shark species has a 'substitute mate' to create another shark, but that substitute mate is so rare that it is easier to get two sharks from eggs and mate them for another shark.

The twinfin must initially be gotten from eggs, and you will need two fish with twinfins to then mate to create more twinfins. The silky fin has a 'substitute fin mate' (it's the tiger fin) but it is so rare that getting two silky fins initially from eggs and then mating them to get another silky fin is easier (though due to the randomness of the egg offerings, definitely not easy, and requires patience, as well as continual buying of eggs to spawn).

The bananafish is rare, but there is a mating combo to create it. There is a special relationship between the three species spotanus, bananafish, and quicksilver when it comes to mating fish. Something to discover. However, bananafish is a relatively common offering from the middle level of eggs, if you want to jumpstart the process by getting one initially.

The Twinfin Spotanus and the Spined Spotanus bred together will give you the Greenfin Spotanus (magic fish of fertility.)
