Computer gets stuck within the Return to the Ravenhearst anyone who has found a solution?

Hello, I have bought the greatest game Return to the Ravenhearst. I really love this game. But as soon as I would enter the fireplace after the Sun and Moon puzzle the game gets stuck (not me, but the computer). The Big Fish Game support told me there were a few players who had encountered the same problem and that I should keep my eyes open on the Forum to see if anyone of you had found a solution to the problem. The computer is completly new and the support has checked through the I beleive it was the graphic video cards or such so that is not the problem, Thanks,

i think its best you also post your message in the all games forums under mystery case files: return to ravenhearst. i think everybody is in there. i didnt have the problem.
