Where is the Ruler????

On the Oval Office scene where the guy offers you 200 bucks to find the objects, I can't find the ruler. I have hit the hint buttons 30 times and it keeps telling me to look in G9. However I dont see a ruler. HELP! Where exactly is it?

The ruler is lying sideways at the base of the desk, on your right hand side.
It took me ages to find it too

My "ages" were 15 minutes long too - this is a hard one to find.
