How do I get the last kitty where the key is located?

HELP--can't get last kitty

Using a bomb, blow the snow up. If you have a little snow left, blow it up.

I kept trying to blow the snow but it didn't work. Dig down to the kitty, move it and go thru the portal. Now blow the snow where the kitty can come to you and you can go up the ladder to the meow. Watch out for the dog.
