Hi there,
I am stuck on Tokyo Odaiba level with the huge dog at 6/10 items for the 15 green gem rewards. I finished all the required stages and the count doesn’t move from 6/10 no matter how many I have completed. I need this to unlock next levels. Help please otherwise there is no point playing the game anymore

Just to clarify - simply playing through all the levels doesn't release the gems. Some need to be played at tier 2 or tier 3. Have you done that? Do any of the levels still have glowing/flashing surround to them? If so, they are the levels you haven't yet completed to the required tier.

so, it appears that v3.5.0 of Gummy Drop for my Amazon Kindle has an issue.

Whenever I try and start it, it basically drops me back to the home screen with a message of "Gummy Drop has stopped". I can get past the initial welcome screen and see my current city, and within a few seconds, it exits back.

I'm running v3.5.0 on a Kindle Fire HDX running v8.5.1 of the Kindle OS.

Please help!

Thanks.

Hello TechnoMage,

Welcome to the forums! I'm so sorry we're meeting under these circumstances, but it's always lovely to see a new player in the pond.

The Moderation Team has been made aware that Kindle players are having troubles with this game after the latest update. We've passed this information along to the developers, who're seeking a resolution as we speak. It's our sincere hope that a fix for this issue is released soon so that Kindle players can enjoy Melbourne and the rest of the update post haste.

If there are any remaining questions, please PM me or another moderator. We'll provide whatever support we can.

Thanks, Beruna. This is really the first time I've encountered an issue with the game. Otherwise, it's been super fun.

Gummy Drop has Stopped - Android

[Post New]by Grizelda_the_cat on Dec 17, 17 9:00 AM
Hi

Since the update for android on 15th December, I cannot get Gummy Drop to start at all. I get the unhelpful "Gummy Drop has Stopped".

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and checked my connectivity is goo and tried in airplane mode with no wireless to rule out connectivity.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S8, running Android 7.0.

Very frustrated!

Is this a known error with the latest release? I saw you acknowledged that there was an Amazon fire issue in this thread ???

Looking forward to hearing from you

I play on a Kindle Fire. For 2 days the game starts to open and then I get a message that it has stopped. I have shut the Kindle down and restarted it. Still get the message. I removed the game and reloaded it and still get the message. I see an update for Android was done on Dec. 15. That seems to be when my problems began. I have been playing this game since June 2015 without any problems. I don't know what else to do. I've made it to St. Petersburg, so I don't want to lose my progress.

Won't load since the 15th but started to freeze on the 14th. 85 days continuous play working toward the 90 day big treasure box. Will our progress be saved? When will the issue be fixed and how will we know?

Just loaded to my samsung s7 and completed a level in Barcelona. 85 days of continuous play dropped back to 1. Wow! Wonder what the 90 day treasure box held?

Since I applied the latest version on the most recent iOS version every single attempt to play a game results in the app cashing. Doesn’t matter which city or which level I play.... it crashes every single time

Daily reward counters starts often at day one

Even if i played the day before. It started after a update. I was at day 57 and the next day it started at 1. It went ok for a few days but now almost every day I start at day 1.

Hello,

Thank you so much for reaching out as well as for your patience. I'm swimming by to provide some troubleshooting support.

Jols75: I'm so sorry to hear that the game keeps crashing when it's played. Let's try closing the other apps that are running in the mobile device's background. This will free up resources to help Gummy Drop! run more smoothly. I've included a help page below for further instructions:

Force close applications (iOS)

If that doesn't stop the game from crashing, please reach out to our Gummy Drop! Support Team. They'll be able to investigate this issue in depth.

Ayciro: I'm really sorry that the Daily Rewards calendar keeps resetting. The developers of Gummy Drop! are aware of this issue and are currently seeking a solution. We'll pass your information along to them but, at this time, don't have a permanent fix. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes and thank you for your understanding.

Should any new questions arise, you're both more than welcome to PM me or another of the moderators. We'll be happy to help however we can.

Well, the Kindle issue is fixed, but all my progress is gone. I know it is because in trying to fix the problem, I deleted my game and reloaded it from the cloud. I don't have my passport number to get my progress back. I was in St. Petersburg, so I really don't want to start over. Can you help?

Hello Fenmire,

I'm sorry to hear that there has been a loss of progress. We definitely want players to be able to restart from where they last left off in Gummy Drop! and I can absolutely provide the steps to take in this particular circumstance.

I recommend contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team with a description of your original progress, including the city you were at, the specific level in that city, the average tier achieved on cities, resources approximately available in each city, any email address that was linked previously to the game, and the username that was used for that progress. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience while working with our teams. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

I play this game every day, but on the “rewards” area, it never gets to day 30. It resets at around day 28. And I’m not kidding, I play every day, several times a day, and can’t figure out why the game won’t recognize day 30
