If you are having problems getting Jane Angel: Templar Mystery to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct common issues in the past:

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team. The forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly. If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

I was on Chapter 5 going along until I went to bed and closed down my computer. I turned it back on in the morning turned on the game clicked continue and it put me on Chapter 1 at the start. I didn't even finish my first game. What happened? Then i deleted the game because it pissed me off!

Hi Libtard55!

I'm very sorry for the frustration this error has caused. If you're interested in playing the game further, then it may help to run it as admin, as it sounds like it wasn't saving properly the first time around. I'll include a help article with some steps here:

I've just bought and begun this game. I find it VERY annoying that the hidden object items don't disappear when I've found them and clicked on them. It's taken one hour to play what should have been a 15-minute opening scene in the airport. Also, the Hint button does not show anything when clicked. What should I do?
