Upon playing solitaire the story version no matter what level you end at when you close out and begin the game at another time the score or level resets to 11 and you loose all of your building mansion articles. Very frustrating for the players. How can I fix this? At one time one of the players was at level 61 and then the next day they started to play and the game was a t level 11. Help
