I can,t get the fountian to start. got all the parts and put everything together. now when i try to use the tap thing it won't work, nothing works. keeps saying (NOT YET.)
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP, what am i suppose to do now? it is like the dang thing is froze.

I think you need to put the statue on the base.
