Stuck on finding new cities

For those of you who have obtained passage to Bangalore and the other city in Africa, how did you get there? I have gone to every city besides the cities mentioned above, and have no clue how to proceed from here. Can someone give me some help so I can proceed with the missing quests.

Just keep travelling around everywhere and asking the person in each city who gives out quests. One thing I found is, if someone asks for an ordinary quest, such as some materials and product, bring it to them, then turn around and click them again before going to another city. They sometimes have the quest for you that will give you another city or secret ingredient.
