JEOPARDY! 2 - Released on April 21, 2008

I purchased this game, loved it, and now need to reload it and cannot find it in the "All Games list" It does show up in my purchase history, but when I try to download it there it tells me the file cannot be found. Been trying for over a week now. I got the standard form reply from CS, but that is all I get lately. I am seldom at home during the online chat or phone hours, and don't think of it when I do take a day off. Is there some reason I cannot get this game reloaded? I thought it might be one you have to delete off first, but it isn't showing up on my computer......Anyone?
I do NOT want a coupon, just some help......please?
