HELP! Stuck in Moulin Rouge!

I'm done with the dressing room...and I can't exit..What do I need to exit? I think I have everything I need...including the fire extinguisher, the ring, the asprin, letters and the ax..

There should be somewhere on the floor to put the fire extinguisher so that it points at the door.
