If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the forums, or other tech savy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team. The forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly. If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

This is the 3rd. game I have downloaded (not sure if is the same developer for all) that is not in "English". Can't tell WHAT language is coming up. Initially, thought I would have a "live chat" to see what the problem is ..... but .....none of these games seems worth the trouble. If this situation occurs with a decent game, then I'll consider a "chat".

This game doesn't seem to want to work correctly with my widescreen monitor. When playing in full screen mode, the screen is shifted to the left, leaving a black bar on the right and cutting off the left side. I couldn't figure out why there was no hint or menu button. ESC and function keys did nothing, so I had to quit through task manager. I restarted and changed to windowed mode and there were the buttons, on the left. This is the only game that has done this. Kind of frustrating to not have access to the menu button to be able to quit and I don't play these games in windowed mode... the picture is too small. There's a reason I have a big monitor

I to have had the issue with a few games that came up with a I don't know what language it was in. Can some1 please help me with this issue

Big Fish e-mailed me late yesterday, (UK).

It was suggested that I uninstall and download again AND to be certain that I had not INADVERTANTLY downloaded it from another site!!!!!!!

I definitely DID download it from the Big Fish site. Unless they are suggesting that there is a clone site out there who is stealing BF customers and giving them duff games.

Enough whingeing from me! (For now!)

Have redownloaded the game and will try it. Will get back to you all later to let you know what's happening.

Thank you, bfgArnoStyx but we can't even play the game because the MAIN MENU is where the problem starts.

I have already e-mailed tech-support and it was suggested that I may have INADVERTANTLY downloaded from another site.!!!!!

Not true and certainly not helpful


I do not know HOW to take a SCREEN SHOT.

Thank you, but due to the strange language I haven't gotten beyond the Main Menu and have, therefor, been unable to complete or rather begin the trial. I will not buy a game untill I have completer the trial.

I have tried to "Print Screen", but it doesn't seem to work. I'll check the help thing on my computer and hopefully I'll figure it out soon

EDIT.

I have found info on Help section but my print screen definately does not seem to work. (There are days when I could quite happily chuck this bothersome computer out the window.)

I am playing the app version of the game and am in #9 file for the second time in the russian bunker. I am clicking on the box to choose it but it will not click! I've used a hint to be sure I'm tapping on the correct item and the hint confirms I am. It's the last object I need to clear before I take a picture of the room or get launched into another puzzle.

I've moved the scene around (tilting my phone) as well as clicked the area multiple times. No joy. What can I do?

I am having the same problem with the game on my IPad. Any suggestions yet?

Same problem on my iPad. Can see the darn box but can't click it.
