Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None

[Post New]by GamePrincess on Dec 15, 08 6:52 AM
Hi All,
I am new to the forums but have been reading about different games for a couple of months now. I purchased the AC game but have been so frustrated with it, that I've left it alone for over a month. Am I right that if you don't give Emily the sheets at the right time, then you have to start over? I had the sheets in my inventory, but then they disappeared and Emily is not working on them!! Also, there were black patches in different parts of this game where it looked like the game didn't load correctly.

I was reading about the new AC: Evil under the Sun, but if eveyone is having tech problems with it, I'm not going to buy it. Guess I'll stick with Nancy Drew

Thanks for any help.

Hi Gameprincess- welcome to the forums!

I have not had any difficulties with the new AC. If you are having problems with Under the Sun, you should contact tech support.

As far as the sheets go, I think I have read that others were able to work around this. you should check the forums for this game.

I did check the forums and it looked like you had to start over when you missed something. I don't recall anyone being able to work around it. Also, the black space is sort of annoying.

Someone else had that problem with the "black space" and I wondered if tech support was able to help them.

Think I'll stay away from the AC games because people are saying you have to get a "patch" for the game to run right.

Thanks,

Hello GamePrincess! I just thought I’d pop in and let you know that I’ve gone ahead and moved this discussion to the forum that we have set up for Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None.

Happy gaming!

I have had "And then there were none" for some time, bought it here. I just recently decided to replay it and reinstalled it. In Chapter 5 when I was in the screening room and about to a movie reel on the projector the game crashed. I got this error. Win32/PSW.Lineage.DN/ PWS-Lineage When I did a google, I found that lots of people have gotten this error when playing this game. Everyone advised contacting the tech people here. Can anyone help? Also, throughout this game I noticed the same blacked out areas that several people here have also experienced.

I just finished putting flour on a bottle. I have the batteries. I am so stuck. I can't find anything to move the game along. Everyone is getting ready for dinner. Two men are playing at the pool table. What do I do next? I found the fireplace and radio. tks for the help

In the pantry (off the kitchen), there is a bag of flour with a scoop. Take the scoop, then use it on the flour, and you will find the batteries.
