Industrial Park

Hi everybody!
I am wandering in the industrial park's rooms and the only usable thing left to me is the "extra key". I am in such a position where none of the given clues can help me get out or do sth IN the industrial park. Every hint refers probably to seeral later actions. So what do I do now?

Also if anyone has a walkthrough link, let them send it to me. Thank you so much. Cheers!


P.S. I've read the other posts as well. If there's a ladder that has to be picked up and used somewhere I haven't found it yet. So what do you suggest??

You will need the ladder to navigate the industrial park- It's found in the Harold's attic.

Just adventure has both walkthroughs-sending you the link.

The attic is in Harold's apartment building. After you first enter the building, turn left and there are stairs going up.
