20,000 Leagues Under the Sea: Captain Nemo

[Post New]by bfgFlounder on Mar 28, 11 12:05 AM
Professor Pierre Aronnax, his assistant Conseil, and the harpoonist Ned Land, have been captured by Captain Nemo, who travels the world's oceans on the infamous Nautilus. Although impressed by the beauty of the seabed, our three friends hope to escape and return to their lives on dry land. Help them escape from the Nautilus in 20,000 Leagues under the Sea, a fun Hidden Object game!

Yuck! Another horrible HdO game. I will not even attempt to play this game since the gameplay in all of their games is the same. And it is horrible. Please, game buyers...stop buying games from HdO, no one likes them.

It came out on another site a while back. From the reviews and comments I read on that site, it was not well-received.

I must admit when I saw the screen shots I thought it was a Hdo game. Before downloading I searched to make sure I was right and when I confirmed it was a Hdo I passed on downloading. For me I just don't like their games. They certainly can crank them out. Need one more game to fill my punch card so as someone else said There's always tomorrow.

Just clicked on the screen shots and decided this game is not even worth a download. Looks very lame graphics and too simple HOG scenes.....tomorrow's another day and another great game.....I HOPE BFG !!!!! Hint....

I know I have tried this game before and I still feel the same way about it, too. It is awful and not worth the download time. What a waste of space.

This game may be suited to children, its mainly finding hidden objects, some are in pieces and its a rather clicky slow to get anywhere game.

Graphics are pretty basic along with navigation of the scenes.

A lot of reading/dialogue.

It seems that the game was made on a shoestring budget and i would not use a credit on this offering.

I had to try this game to see what all the uproar was about. It was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be, given the reviews here. I tried timed but was not given nearly enough time. Untimed, it was probably too easy. Some of the scenes were kind of interesting. HOWEVER, the game lost me when I was looking for 2 tables. I only saw one table but clicking on it got me nowhere. Finally, for some reason, I clicked on a painting on the wall. Now I'm looking for 1 table? I clicked on the other painting and table went away. I don't understand that one at all. I don't think I'll go any further with this one.

Whatever happened to the game F.A.C.E.S. that Mudrock promised us last week?

The third HdO game in a short time, and I really don't care for any of them. Too much chit chat, sparkles to show what to pick up before moving on from a scene, dislike the way the puzzles have all these buttons, hands held all through apart from HOG scenes......
Tries to be interactive but isn't at all!
A BIG no buy for me. Managed 15 mins of the trial hour, just to see if it got better and if it was better than the other two HdO games. But no it didn't!
Shame as the potential is there for something really good.

I'm sure we did, quite a while ago. It was a no buy for me, why should it change ?
