Post any NightShift Legacy: The Jaguar`s Eye technical issues here only

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. The game is really really slow. After I hit change player, it took about 3 minutes to bring the next screen up. After hitting Story mode, it was around 10 minutes before anything started. And it just continued that way. I've never had this problem with any other game I've gotten here.

I found all of the items in the first three locations and the game won't move on. All of the items are crossed out and hitting hint in all three locations (it was a scavenger hunt) brought me back to the map, so I know they were all found. Do I have to start all over or is there a way to fix this?

I found this same problem farther into the game. I'm about 40% through, in Barcelona and also in a Scavenger Hunt game. I had trouble finding the last toothpick asked for and using hint did not solve the problem. There is simply NOT a toothpick where indicated. When I finally got something to respond, it was a pencil and not a toothpick beside the window the hint indicates. But the toothpick was marked off my list. Now all items are shown to have been found, but the game will not continue. Deffinately a coding glitch somewhere.

I'll be deleting it tonight, what's the point of keeping a game that does not work. Too bad as the story is interesting.

I have completed the codex word puzzle and the game won't admit it. I have checked and rechecked my spelling and I don't know anything else to do. Problem with system?
