Technical Issue -Can someone help Please??

My Dh has downloaded TT to his laptop Dell Expirion - (which has met all of the system requirements for the game) however, when he is playing the game it hesitates - frequently stopping and starting, which of course is very annoying -any suggestions?? We have tried everything.

I think your best option is to try Big Fish customer support - just click on the green envelope in the right hand column and go from there. Good luck!
