out of rannge message

hi there anyone had this problem with my farm life it downloads ok but on opening i get "OUT OF RANGE" and i cant open game or use my pc i have to reboot i am running windows seven home 32bit can you help it works ok on my other halfs xp computer many thanks

Hope you've rec'd some help by now but if not... I'm running it on Win 7 64-bit with no problem. Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling? An Out of Range error sounds like it might be a corrupted file, maybe? You might have had a glitch while downloading it the first time.
