The parts of the Bugle can be found in Port Royal on the deck above the water and below the water under the dock. Go to the right side of the screen and go under water to find part of the bugle.
Get bugle from Port Royal and give to Bugler at Fort Monarch then the guard will go away and you can enter the Governor’s office.
On Blue Island give bones to Abeona and get VooDoo Witchcraft words.
On the Black Shark in the Captain’s cabin use the VooDoo words to solve the puzzle and get part of the spyglass and the missing map fragment.
At Port Royal underwater use the hammer on the chain to call Leviathan and give him the spyglass.
Go back to the Black Shark and click on Captain Edward Red and get the last piece of the map fragment.
Put the map fragment in place in the Governor’s office at Fort Monarch and he will give you the last piece of the stone lever.
In the Blue Island Temple use the stone lever in the empty slot and solve the puzzle to get the last piece of the shovel. Use the shovel on the Treasure Spot on Blue Island.

Thank you LizzieK I'll give that a try, but the scene shows that everything has been found. The reason I didn't know about the bugle was because there's no shadow or spot for it on my inventory, and so I figured it wasn't something you had to find exactly.
Edit:
After going back and looking, there is no bugle listing/shadow...the puzzle side of the inventory has the shovel, the lever/blue face thing, and the map...the misplaced item side has the coconut and the gunpowder. In fact I can't even go back to the Port because it says its complete and my only location options are Fort Monarch and Blue Island. Thinking a reinstall is needed, it seems.

Hi, just downloaded one hour from each of two different sites: it is a great game! I would like to purchase, and hope BF gets it. Google it and give it a try!

I went to RA site downloaded demo went through the buying process, but didnt submit order. In a short while I got an e-mail from RA saying they saw I didnt complete my order & they offered me 20% off of the game to complete order. so I did. It only saved a few bucks, but it was better. I Love the game. Longer & more challenging then the 1st one. Hope this helps. have a great day in the pond!
That's how I got my first Mortimer, I started to buy it, then stopped and I got an email from RA too, but back then mine was only 15%!

You don't need to reinstall. You have the correct items.
Put the map fragment in place in the Governor’s office at Fort Monarch and he will give you the last piece of the blue stone lever. Give the gun powder to the guard inside the Governor's office.
On Blue Island place the coconuts in the tree with the other coconuts. Then go to the Temple and use the stone lever in the empty slot and solve the puzzle to get the last piece of the shovel. Use the shovel on the Treasure Spot on Blue Island.

Forgive me if this has been mentioned but I didn't read the whole thread.
Someone mentioned that playfirst had the first mortimer and would probably have the 2nd. Playfirst now offers playpass for $13.95 a month where you can purchase games for $9.95. I'm keeping that in mind (when I have the extra money) for those games that BF doesn't carry. Playfirst is the only other site I'll purchase games from.
I do wish that BF could carry those games from RA though. It's too bad that RA won't work with them.

Here's how to find the concealed items in the Wild West.
Find wine opener in Westville/Saloon area. Use on cork on water barrel in Eastville/Store to get last piece of key for suitcase in Eastville/Coach. Suitcase has last piece of coonskin cap.
Give coonskin cap to Trapper in Forest to get last piece of sheriff’s star. Solve playing card puzzle in Westville/Saloon to get code to open Safe. Give sheriff’s star to guard at Westville Safe. Open safe to get piece of dynamite.
Give blanket to Indian at campfire to get smoke signal message with the placement order of the dynamite sticks at the Dam.
The other items you mentioned can be found using HINTS in the area where that item shows up on your list of things to be found.

Well, I have been very daring
There is a thread at another forum by the maker of Mortimer Beckett, thanking everyone for all the nice things they said about the game.
I said some nice things, then asked if it might be possible for BFG to have the games too, as a LOT more people would then buy them
Don't know if he will reply or not, but I simply had to ask!

I got a reply! He said that RA are the publishers of the Mortimer Beckett games, so it's not up to him. He also said that he doesn't know why they stopped carrying each other's games but that he would love them to sort it out.
Pretty decent of him to answer my cheeky question I thought
So, all we have to do is nag both of them to death!

I wouldnt hold my breath on that happening.
The founder of BFG is Paul Thelan, who helped set up Real ARcade. then left to create the pond.

They used to share, so there's no reason why they shouldn't again, particularly as it would be in both their interests to do so.
That's the way I'm looking at it, anyway
