I'm on level 38 and there's no helicopter??? what do I do??? I can't get mackerel to feed the dolphin.... Edited on 05/23/2011 at 5:03:19 PM PST

I went ahead and played the level without a helicopter and after purchasing a dolphin it did one dive and found treasure without having to be fed mackerel..... So............. all is well.
