tomorrow's game

I just downloaded Hotel Mogul Vegas which is tomorrow's game. After downloading it opened in game manager as Trial Expired. This was immediately after downloading. I have not opened it nor played it and now it's only giving me the option to buy it. Never had this happen before. What to do??

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if it'll let you play. If it doesn't, contact customer support: http://bigfishgames.custhelp.com/app/ask or use Live Chat if you're a Game Club member.

Another thing I can recommend is to try downloading the game's trial in a different browser.

As Timebomb007 mentioned, I can also suggest contacting Customer Support by clicking on the green envelope on the right to get to our Help pages, and then click "Contact Us" to the right of the screen to submit a support ticket.

Or if you're a Big Fish Game Club member, you can connect to Live Chat Support Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm PST.

You have to delete and reinstall the game or wait one day and try again I've had that probelm with trail versions too. Werid glitch! Good Luck! :}
