having problems...

has anyone had any problems with this game after you have bought it an downloaded it?? i am and i have contacted customer support 3 times in the last 2 weeks and still havent gotten a response!! iam about ready to cancel my game club and go somewhere else!

I have a problem that when i tried to launch the game after downloading, the audio seems to work fine, but the display keeps flashing. So i have been unable to play the game so far

i had the same problem; the screen would flash but if i closed the game and then shut down my computer and restarted it and then opened the game it would work for awhile without flashing,
i had to restart and reload several times through the game.

I have a problem with this as well. I downloaded the game, and the audio is fine, but I am unable to read anything. Instead of words and letters, there are block-like symbols. I don't know how to correct this. Any help would be appreciated.
