HELP on Level 38!

So, can someone tell me how to get through level 38. I know a lot of you have done it. Any tips? I'm really stuck, even using the workers. Thanks!

I have also been stuck on this level for ever, have tried doing it in steps like the popcorn, then the salads...I have gotten very close...but ZERO, cannot go forward.
