Mini puzzle in mission 4: The roosters and German eagle cards?

Oh my!!! How do you do this mini puzzle...The "cards" have to change places but can't jump over each other! I'm
at a loss. Has anyone figured this one out? Any hints?

Not as straight forward as most other "exchange places" games, but all the more intriguing for that reason! Basically, I kept running them back and forth to get one in the top spot in the center and one out of the way in the bottom three so the top token could move to the other side. Lots of the time I took a token back to its own side to make room in the center. Just keep at it.
