cursor

[Post New]by luvtoread on Jun 26, 11 1:40 AM
I only got as far as typing my name in.
The cursor would slowly jump from one spot to another,
my mouse had no control over it .
I only got out of it because I hit "Enter" on my keyboard,
and up came "Are you sure you wanted to exit" notice,
Well, No, I don't, I wanted to try to get to options and
change cursor but with the cursor landing wherever it
wanted to, that was not an Option!

I'm going to try uninstall/reinstalling-hope it works.

Sorry to hear of your problems Luvtoread but I hate to tell you that there is no option to change the custom cursor available in this game.

Thanks, I read that (after I posted here) in goofyduck's review, and
thought, oh great!
I just went back to try again, to see if the cursor landed on Play
if I could proceed-well, it finally did, but Play button didn't work.
I just uninstalled-see if that helps.

Well, no buy for me. The same problem occurred after reinstalling,
but this time when cursor landed on Play, it worked.
Like Dobbie said in comments thread, cursor is too slooowww.
When I tried to exit-*sigh* cursor (curses!!) just
jumped around, so I hit Escape button, the dreaded "Are You
Sure You Want To Exit" (I'm sure I wanted to take mouse and
beat that question!) came up-so had to wait till cussin curser
landed on Yes- 3x!!!
So, if I want to find out about Crystal Skull, I'll watch Indiana Jones

Buy the way, the character Tom enunciates quite well for someone whose
lips don't move

@ luvtoread Don't know if the developers read these particular threads or not. Not sure of they read the technical issues thread or not. For the developers to know what to fix, WE need to contact CS and attach a Dr. Felix report. That way CS can determine where the problem lies, contact the developers to let them know and hopefully the developers will issue a Fix. Of course it would be to their advantage if they do because then more people will most likely buy the game once it's fixed. If not, they lose. And so does BF if the game ends up fizzling out. So I am sure BF will want do their part as well.

I sent in a report. It doesn't take long and it's really easy. Time will tell tho on whether a fix will come.

It boils down to this...we can NOT rely on or hope they read these forums. WE have to take the steps needed ourselves IF it's a game we want bad enough.

The cursor makes this game impossible to play. Very slow and jumpy. I hope it can be fixed.

Same here! I can't fix the last part of the generator because the cursor (already slow and clunky) will not let me move the pipes around at all.
No buy for me. I suspect if I could get further into the game, this problem would get worse.
