I'm having the same issue as you janebel. I'm getting so frustrated and not sure what I can do about it. Get to the "game is starting" screen, and nothing happens. Just started today too, after I deleted my temp files and cookies. Hmmm....wonder why that would be an issue? Done that before and nothing happened.

I have had my Mahjong Towers Eternity on my computer for over 2 years and will be
upgrading my computer soon.

My problem is I have lost my registation key, is there any way to get it sent to me in email again?

I have both Eternity and Enlightenment but nothing compares to Eternity. As a matter of fact I'm now a Broze Monkey and can hardly wait to see what if anything comes after the Pig. I have been hoping to find other games that can last at least almost last this long cause some are done in a couple of days. Makes me feel like I've wasted my money even if it is only less then $7.

Hello everyone! Can a moderator or game engineer possibly enlighten me as to how many points it takes to move up a star, in Mahjong Towers Eternity, once in the RLP category? Thanks - appreciate it muchly!

i play tower eternity all the time but can any1 tell me why the puzzles have not changed since the 7th nov its very frustrating and boring having to do the same ones over again.

I have 2 Mac computers. In none of them I can play Mahjong Towers Eternity. I have ask for help and the technical support has answered me very friendly. I have done EVERYTHING that they have told me and nothing works. I can't even start the game. I feel very frustrated because this is the game I like the most.

I second that question and wish someone would answer it. I love the game, but playing the same puzzles over and over is VERY boring.

Hello, I am a first time poster but have been playing on Big Fish Games for a long while now. Enjoy many of the games but Mahjong Towers Eternity is one of my favs, play it every day but lately it does not seem to be working at all? Any one know any details of that, why, when it might be up and ruinning again? If I have poste in error, please forgive....thank you for your time and all please have a safe and warm Holiday Season!

Ok, got an answer from tech support on the mahjong problems. They are having foreign server problems and are working hard at getting it resolved. They are putting info on the main page soon. They have taken it completely down until it is fixed. So it is not the fault of any user computers so game on in another game for a while or chat here

Thanks, Wendy. I wish the "News" tab really contained news and info regarding game and site status instead of announcing newer games already displayed on the Home/Download page and elsewhere.

There are so many games I can't access because I have a MAC that losing one of the relatively few I can play strikes hard. And of course, I also can't buy games I can't play. I did enjoy my one alotted hour of "Jewels" a year or so ago, though. I hope others are enjoying their daily games. I'll be glad when Mahjong functions again.

I have been a player for quite some time but just recently discovered this forum. I am looking for a way to find the older tile sets. I had them downloaded and my computer crashed and now I cannot find them on the other layouts tab.
Any suggestions?

Hi...I hope someone can help me. I recently re-installed my Eternity, but it will not allow me to use my player name. I keep getting the message that name is already in the community and choose another name. Is there anyway to let the game know it is me? Thanks...

Purchased MTE in December 2008. The game worked great until January 4th. When I click on to the game, a window pops up "MTE has encounter a problem. Please make sure you have the latest version". Then another window pops up "Director Player Error" and under that "Object Expected".
I've had to re-boot my computer just to get out of this mode.
I've emailed BFG about 4 times and still no reply.
Can any gamer help me?

I'm new to BFG, but I love this game. I tried the free for one hour demo and it seemed like my time was up in only 20 minutes-the time went by that fast! I have a question though about downloading it...
I have a Mac and PC and I was wondering if I do buy it, do I have to pay twice to get both versions? Right now I'm on my PC and if I can only get one version, I think I'd rather have the Mac version. There seem to be too many people with technical issues with the PC version.

I have exactly the same problem. I have also emailed BFG - no response whatsoever.

If you are running Windows you can get out without rebooting by ctrl-alt-del then select Task Manager, or use the shortcut ctrl-shift-escape to get into task Manager, go to the applications tab, select the game and click End Task.
