HELP ... lol Been doing fine til I reached the dial on the clock/whatever it is ... lol ... can someone help me by telling me what figure goes into #1, #2 & #3 ???

Put the blue gem in the left ceiling- light will shine on 3 of the symbols....enter those symbols in the dial and put the blue gem in the center.
