Comments for Tales of Lagoona: Orphans of the Ocean

[Post New]by DragonLadyOz on Jul 4, 11 12:17 AM
Hi there,
For those of you who want a break from the "darker side" of games, maybe this one is something you will enjoy.
Lots to do, tasks to accomplish, achievements to gain and an Orphanage to restore.
Bright "happy" graphics and a whimsical theme to the story.
Cheers

This is the cutest, prettiest version of Gardenscape!!

Its a really colorfull well drawn jumble sale (H0 version) to preserve an underseas orphanage from a mean mall developer.

Sorry, more to say but I am hurrying off to buy and play.

It looks very good. But the gameplay I don't like it. No buy for me today.

@jkuci, I agree, there does seem to be more than a "hint" of Gardenscapes with this game.
@dobbie, not on my purchase list either, but I'm sure others will enjoy it.
Cheers

Nice game, nice sense of humor, just a little much to read.
In case I need a punch it might be a buy for me.

The music is so relaxing and the scenes and puzzles are so beautifully drawn that I'm just staring at everything even in timed mode.

There is a relaxed mode as well.

All very lovely!!

Thanks BFG for the 4th of July "gift"!!!

This is such a cute game! You are so right DragonLadyOz - it's a nice change to have a nice bright game. I bought it as soon as my free hour was up I'm thankful to BFG also for the 4th of July 'gifts'

Played (relax mode) 45 minutes, it did remind me of Gardenscapes, with no butler but various fishes interfering.
SPOILER , highlight to read :
You've got to find gems in the rooms and there's a special colourful fish that gives you a hint. There are minigames in between, don't remember if there were some in Gardenscapes).
Might buy as a DD, nice, cute, relaxing game.

Cute game for a relaxing session. Plenty to do, and ,in the July sale, good value for money. There is a lot of reading but I quite like that and the Barracuda tycoon and his sidekick tickle my sense of humour. Posted this whilst I was doing the D word!!

This is the first game I've seen that rewards you 20 gold and a trophy for just watching the Credits.

Kudos to the developer for such an awesome game!

i've been playing this for a couple of hours & it is going to take ages to finish as you go back to rooms that are already open so lots of levels. Excellent way to while away the time

I love it, it's cute, has cartoon fishies that I imagine as some of our gamers (not found a salmon yet but as it is a game in the sea don't suppose I will) & I really like the barracuda gangster & his sidekick. There's even a chainsaw in the garage for autumn

Would love to try this game as it looks fun. Unfortunately once it had installed, my PC shut down with some sort of error and when it restarted, the trial showed as expired.

Never had this happen before. If I d/l again will use up more of my bb limit; if I buy will it play? Will take a chance as the sale is still on but not happy with a game shutting down my PC

hi angelfish
if you do buy & still have problems make sure you contact Customer Support; they are really helpful. Of course they won't be open until Tuesday due to the holiday.

I always send a Dr Felix file when I have a problem game:

However saying all that I hope that you are able to play this one

Well, I must be mellowing in my 'old age' or it's because I've played all those TM's with nice little people running around.

I really liked this game, and quite surprised myself that I actually enjoyed playing it.

(Did anyone else get the 'shades of Autumn Leaf' and was expecting Bill Barracuda to produce a chainsaw! )

Kel

i'm waiting for shadow to pop out & offer me a bloody cocktail
