If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team. The forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly. If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

My screen goes black between scenes and takes a long time to come in . Please help

Can't get past the "type your name". Every time I hit "okay", it tells me that profile already exists. And I've even tried entering a different name. S I G H

I can play the game till I get the third match 3 piece of the board. The game freeze and I have to restart my computer. I try a few times but still not work. I liked the game till I had this problem. Thanks god I did not buy the game. I love JQ games. Pls let us know when this game is fixed and give us a few more minutes to try the game again. I waste a lot of my time restarting my computer.

Mine too, but it never starts up. Stays black with the cursor. The cursor is moveable.

I come up with screens during game play that are suppose to tell me stuff and they are blank.

WOW, this is the first time I've seen a game with a warning for blood/violence! So far I've only seen a few drops of blood in 30 minutes. I bought the game and am really enjoying it. The HOs are hard to find at times and I'm used to unlimited hints, so this is a challenge. Good change of pace. Should have been posted in Reviews....my bad! No tech problems on this end.

I have the same problem. Loaded OK...but when the scene cuts to another it just goes black and I have to sht/ctrl/del to get task manager. Sometimes when I click back into the game it moves on but I had to come right out of the game and go back in quite a few times so have given up. Won't be buying it because of the bugs.

Jewel quest 7 even worse problems than the previous ones. Opening screen, click "play" = dead black screen with a cursor. not the most interesting thing to look at until you control/alt/delete/ (swear under breath....)

Had real problems getting the jigsaw pieces to rotate...lots of manic clicking before it responded. Annoying enough on it's own ,but even more so when the levels are timed.

I can't get the pieces to rotate..sometimes I click once and other times loads of maniac clicking...can't get through jigsaw yet and been working on it for at leat 30 minutes...

Music room - when is this glitch going to be fixed? I've deleted & re-downloaded this game four times, and every time I get to the music room, the crystal isn't there that you need to use the sword on (it was there the first time I played the game, then it craashed & hasn't been there since). Obviously can't finish the scene unless you can get the items underwater. The boot is visible, but you're not able to cllick on it. Extremely aggravating.

WE CANNOT GET THE KNOME AND BOOT IN THE MUSIC ROOM HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING EVEN DUMPING AND DELETING THE GAME AND RELOADING.WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON. ANYONE PLEASE HELP WE ARE (Removed by moderator) RE:BIG FISH HELP

I am also having the same problem....black screen with a movable cursor. Went to tech site and no help. So what is the fix???

Same problem, black screen that lasts for quite some time until I execute an escape and quit the came. Will there be a fix soon?

there is no list visible to describe what items i am looking for, then when i go to options i get stuck in the options windo and have to do a ctrl_alt_esc

HAD TO DELETE EVERY SCRAP OF THE GAME EVEN FROM THE DEEP FILES THEN RELOAD. IT WORKS GREAT NOW AND ONLY PROBLEM IS THE GAME IS WAY TOO SHORT.

After several attempts(reinstalling etc ) I sent an email to tech help 4 days ago still havent received an answer ....please I want a refund ...
how can you play a timed M3 when the gems fall so sloooowly.

I am having the same problem as diane6952... The game will NOT launch. I've tried reinstalling multiple times (total of five (5) reinstalls) and I don't have the technical savvy of Frenchie48 to go into "deep files" to remove any remnants. Any suggestions?
