Fuse for 1st floor

I have run in circles and cant find the fuse for the first floor to turn on the lights.
Can someone please help?

I'm with you jus88! I've been stuck for two days, wandering thru floors, frustrating myself. As there are no replies to your question, I'm assuming no one knows, or wants to share. I'll keep checking back and hopefully find the answer posted.

Amazes me too. I've been stuck for days and i finally gave. I keep checking though and maybe someone will help someday..lol

On the 2nd floor zoom in on the back wall and it is in the small drawer that opens

Thank you helenj167! I saw that when I used a hint but it doesn't open for me. Wonder if it's one of the "gliches" some fish have mentioned. I hate getting this far into the game and not be able to finish it. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
