King and Queen door handles

Got as far as King and Queen door handles and now game wont accept them on the door . Can't go any farther without opening the door. Now what?

You do need to get the door open in order to progress. If the handles won't install, try restarting your computer and opening the game again. If that fails to work, try reinstalling it over the top of your current version from BGF. Failing THAT... try tech support
