Well, finally a new TM game! Unfortunately, the game is not quite good, it's boring since the first level I didn't mean it's very boring, just a little bit boring. A new theme of TM game set in casino, it's a good idea maybe not suitable with small child but if you don't mind it's a good concept. You can drag customers to many stations just like in casino, the scenes and backgrounds are OK, music are average, graphics are a bit poor.... Just like normal TM game you need to meet the goal $ or the expert goal $, they're few upgrades and services too but the game is boring, NOT fast-paced as tge description said, it's actually slow and boring.....

Grades:

Graphics: D
Story: Nothing Much???
Music: C
Feature: C
Fun: D
Gameplay: D
Overall: D

My grades can be as high as A* or as low as F!

I guess I'll do this pro and con style.

Pros: The game has a new theme that's different from most time management games. There are achievements! I like that there's a one-click drag. You click on the customer to move them. You don't have to hold down your mouse button to do that. The artwork is sort of cute. I like the first casino's background.

Cons: The game is SO slow. This isn't lag, this is just that the gameplay takes a really, really long time. Customers are very slow in playing the casino games, so there were times where I was just sitting here, doing nothing but watching the little money symbols pop up. That gets very boring very quickly. Despite all of the decent things about this game, they don't add up enough to cancel out the boredom I feel when I play this game.

I'm disappointed because I wanted to like this game. The premise is somewhat interesting, but it's just so boring. Perhaps it gets more interesting in the next casino, but I don't think I can play that long to find out.

I love TM games and H0GS so tried this one. I don't think my expectations for the graphics are as high for TM games as for the H0G games. The graphics in this one are OK. Better than some TM games but not as good as the Playfirst games. The game play is interesting. Most TM games are repetitious so that's just part of liking the TM games. This one gets increasingly harder to make the expert levels. Upgrades are important so that you have enough dealers to cover the tables and figuring out what you need and what you want to help make the expert levels. As you progress you get new gamblers and new games that they will request. So you will have several different games going and the line does get long at times. So for me I'm enjoying it. I never listen to the music so can't comment on that. If you like TM's give this a try and get past the first few learning levels when the play gets better.

With the rise of Collector Editions (now two a week), there are fewer and far less Time Management games in existence, especially good ones. This one sports a new theme, but not a family-friendly one. The color palette resembles vomit while the game play induced sheer boredom. This game should kill off all the remaining fans the genre so that hidden objects can reign every day of the week. It seems to be the marketing strategy.

I totally agree with you Mark, it seems that HOG seem to be available every day and we TM fans have to wait weeks to get a new game. I was really excited this morning when I saw a new TM game with a new concept as well, but a lot of the game time was taken up just watching the money roll in, then it got frantic trying to place more customers.
I got Expert on all levels within my trial hour and was on the second Casino, and to be honest, the colours in there were making me feel quite sick.

Sorry BFG not a buy for me again and am now very seriously considering cancelling my membership, I have not been able to buy a game in 2 months and that is very disappointing!

The game does start out slowly but give the game a chance beyond the first 15 minutes of the demo, as I'm finding that the game does indeed get more challenging as it continues. I'm finding it quite fun.

Cute game, but way too easy. The levels get harder as one progresses? Hmmm, hope so, because so far a full hour in demo (level 19), I breezed right through them. It did get faster paced, but still really easy. A lot of shuffling around, & that's about it.

And I agree with others about more TM's. I also love HOGS, but a few more TM's every week would be nice, to balance out the playing field a bit.

Yeah the TM games are few and far between now. such a shame as more and more people i know are spending their money elsewhere. HOG games are nearly every day which is great for the people who like them but they are all so similar and the FAD will soon where off

Peachy1969: Why do you continue to pay for a credit each month? I did it for awhile too but after another month without buying a game I cancelled. You can always return easy enough if they start offerring decemt games.

At first glance I really wasn't that impressed but once I got into the game I found it rather fun and cute. Now it's not the best TM game in the world but it's certainly worth trying. You run a Casino which is new for a TM game I like that. You place the customers at the tables they want you also serve them drinks, send them to cash out and you have cheaters that you send the pit boss out to the table to stop the cheating there is also a concierge that you can use if you don't have room at a table that someone wants to move to he encourages the player to stay at that table a little longer until there is room to move the player to his desired table. There are different tables on each level and I thought the game's pace picked up rather quick once I bought new dealers, pit bosses, cash out banks, waitresses etc. I found myself really liking this game when the demo was over it's different and I think the longer the game goes the more it will pick up. There are several different things you can buy such as employees and other things like show tickets, restaurants and etc. to help bring the people in. There are new players each time and new tables. I think this game is really cute and I'm gonna buy it since I did find myself quite enjoying it when it ended and it's a new theme for a TM game. Thanks BF and devs. for this new and quite different game.

Remember most TM games build up slowly to get you used to the goals and controls and then pick up pace.

I think it's cute. Graphics are about medium - seen better but seen a lot worse. No dragging - just select your target and click where they have to go. I like the theme, it's something different - I almost passed this over thinking it was a casino arcade type game.

Only played a little so far as I was very tired, but will at least finish the demo and add further thoughts.

TM fans should check out the DD Burger Bustle, it's excellent.

I for one am so frustrated with big fish for their lack of TM games. When we do finally get on they are crap. I am considering dropping my membership with them.

We should organize a facebook campaign and start bombing their pages with protest about the crappy TM games....just sayin.

I totally agree on all points. I was excited to finally see a new TM game, but this one is not great (and that's being nice).

I originally came to BFG as a TM fan. It seems over the last six months or so that the frequency and quality of available TM games on here has been reduced substantially. I too and giving serious consideration to canceling my account. In fact, there's about a 98% chance of that happening before my next billing period.

When I first came to big fish I was a HOG fan. Looking for something with more replay value, I tried a TM game and I was hooked--especially the building type TM's like MKFTP and Royal Envoy. Now it seems like, when we do finally get a new TM, it's either full of glitches or just poorly done. That being said, I'm desperate so even though I wasn't sold on the screenshots and game info, I'm off to give this one a try.

This is completely off topic, but as others have posted about their frustration with lack of TM games, I wanted to ask a question. I agree with the assessment that there needs to be more TM games, but there seem to be 200+(?) TM games on the site. Are you saying that you've actually tried all of them? I know I haven't, and I know there are some I passed up that I would go back and play again and probably buy if I ran out of things to do. (To be fair, I joined in May, which is why it's a real question.)

I finally got this one to work. I had to uninstall and reinstall the new game manager. Anyways here is what I think about the game:

If you play passed the first casino you get a more colorful game. The upgrade menu allows you to buy stuff....but some of it doesn't show up in the game. You buy for example a show...well you get no show on your screen its just an upgrade to make your customers happy...but why not show it? Also you don't get a choice where items go. You keep upgrading and it does it all for you. I personally don't like that.

Also in many TM games you can switch out items. Lets say you have a customer in line that wants to play the slots. You have a customer at the slots that wants to cash out. Normally you would click the person in the line drag them to the slots and the guy who wants to cash out would automatically switch so you can take them to the cash out like. Nope ...not in this game. You have to click for everything. I don't think that was well thought out.

Finally the cash out window. I click on it and many times my customers come right back to the table. So I find myself clicking 2 and 3 times just to get my customer to cash out. That drives me nuts.

I love TM games and yes this one is not the best but I will keep in on my computer till the end of the month. If I need a game to fill out my game card I will pick it up.

Would it be ok though if you did not shout? Posting in all caps is considered as such online.

My own thoughts. The game started out slow, but quickly picks up the pace as you start to upgrade. Not the best TM out there, but still a nice try. With some improvements it could be a good game. It is a bit like an unpolished diamond. Still waiting for a really good TM to come out.
