I have formal music training in piano and multiple brass instruments. I would never have considered this game without a music background. But I wonder if some of you did, or are doing, this game because of the puzzles alone? I know there were some music puzzles in Azada or one of the Dream Chronicles but that is different from this game based wholly on music. Thanks for curing my curiosity!

I've been playing since I was 5 and enjoyed the game. I had played most of the pieces at one time or another. You can also try playing with out the sound, trying to solve using logic and the colors.
oh- piano, organ and violin

I took piano and guitar lessons for years, but that was decades ago. My daughter was in choir, so she reads music too. My son doesn't read music, and is autistic - he finished the game faster than I did, because he used the hints a lot and was ignoring the music, just going by shapes.

I have no musical talent. The only thing I can play is the radio. But I loved this game because of the geometry. I hope they do another one about 10 times as long.

I LOVED playing this game!!! I too am a musician (piano, organ, french horn among many others). I have been playing piano since I was 5 with formal training, and have also had voice training. I thought that this training helped in playing the game, as I played these songs at one time or another in my musical training. This game is AWESOME!!! I was surprised at how short it was, I went through it so quickly! Maybe that is my musical background?!

I happen to have a musical talent as well. I have played most of my music
by ear until I started to go to school where you had music classes where
you could come to the music room and sing along with the music teacher.
I didn't even try to learn how to read music until I joined the school band
and then the glee club. Now that I'm much older I belong to the church
choir and I will still follow the notes but I still can't read music. It wasn't until
later in life that I got to learn some of these classic composers. I also
belong to a forum called Magle International Music. You musicians should
give us a visit.

Oh I did forget to mention that I 'played' violin in grade 5 and learned Twinkle Twinkle Little Star ..
I have a new violin that I will one day take lessons to learn how to play ..
Again I loved this super fun game...

Sometimes I will sit with my flute and play along or harmonica. This game is
a lot of fun and helps me out with my music. I wonder if any of you realize
that one of the pieces was used in a pop song called "Stranger in Paradise"
which is my favorite?

I am not a musician, though I have musical talent. I have been to music school and learned to play piano, violin and recorder, and, well, some other things. That also fed my love to classical music, so I really enjoyed this game. I wish they would make another game like this! It was a lot of fun and too short.

I love that! Do you mind if I use it too? I can't play any musical device except the radio either.
