Haunted Hotel 11 Believe The Lies

This is a good game, but I had it finished in under 2 hours

what a rip off, game much to short, do not work properly ie hints and other nasties.
why did i believe this lie when i purchased this pathetic game. i demand my money back, don't we all who feels the same as i do.

I'm sorry you folks feel that way about this game.
BFG delivers a game every day. There's bound to be some not-so-great ones. Plus there are some folks who'll like the game.
If I can offer a suggestion... instead of shoutin' out "I demand my money back" why don't you try speakin' calmly and politely to CS and ask if they can do somethin' for you?
You did have an hour to demo this game which should have been enough to tell if you liked it or not (although there's no way to know the length I understand that).
So, my suggestion again is talk to customer service and see if they'll give you a different game instead. But you won't get very far if you have a nasty attitude and start demandin' things.
That's my opinion.

Whilst playing this game I looked for the item listed, I had only one left, I could not find it so i clicked the help to have it pointed out and it was not there. I tried again under a different name and the same thing happened on a different level of the game, but the previous level i had got stuck on was ok (there were more items listed including the one that was not there) I have now tried this 4 times, it is very frustrating when you are trying to play a game and you keep having to restart under a different name and replay all the screens again. I think I know all the items on screen one without looking at the list. Please would you refund the credit so I can choose another game?

You need to contact Customer Support about your disatisfaction with the game and approach them about wanting a "refund".

Way too short!

I wouldn't bother spending the money to play this game. It is way to short and definately not as good as the first one. If you haven't played the original, buy that one instead. AND it ended abruptly with a major cliff hanger. I won't be purchasing the next one unless significant improvements have been made.
