i have just started the game, and I can't get past the first level. I have collected all of the items, but I don't know what to do next. Can you help me?

I have a problem with the game!The installation has happened with happening but when I have started the game says to me thus: "Failed to initialize window: Please try running the game again. If that doesn't help, try changing the screen resolution and color depth. If that fails, then your video card does not support this game." You know a card video working with this game? Thanks!!!
