First aid kits - iPad

I know the first aid kits can be used for people in line but how do you actually use them? How do you give them to the people in line? I've tried everything!

I would love to know too!!

I cannot figure out how to use the first aid kit on the iPad. I can't take the kit to the people in line and if I drag the people to my cart that has the white first aid kit nothing happens. Very frustrating!!!

I can't find a way either. I'm guessing this is a bug? how much do folks usually ding a game for bus like this? 2 stars? 3?
