I can't put the coil in the warehouse.

I got the vault to open went in and found all the items. there is One left that is crossed off but is still hanging in the search box. Won't leave...so then I can't put the coil away. Any help? on what this old woman is doing wrong? I backed out of the game and reentered, didn't seem to make a difference. I hate being this close to the end and not being able to finish it.
