Magnifier ?

Where is the magnifier? I've looked on the strategy guide and have only noticed it mentions it when you're sposed to use it. Am I being blind ? Any help would be much appreciated!

I had a problem with that one too, I just found it. It is Mister Garibaldi's pocket on his apron.
