Lost at the end - help!!

I have just completed the mosaic, got the handle, coal and one horseshoe in the inventory. What next! Any help would be appreciated!

I am stuck in the same spot,what do we do next?

Did you try using the Strategy Guide?

prob figured it out now but 4 anyone else once u fin the mosaic you get a handle u have go right back to the demons den, and go down the rope using the handle
